Our loan is to finance the purchase or refinance of a 2nd/vacation home in Mexico. We also offer a construction-permanent loan. We do not offer financing for a primary residence or investment property. We do not allow an owner held 2nd mortgage or any other subordinate financing on the Mexico property. Our minimum loan amount is $175,000. Our loans have a 3-2-1 Prepayment Penalty (see Borrower's Package). You can check our current rates here.
