Developer Package

Collateral International is eager to work with developers to provide financing to your buyers. In order to offer financing to your clients and to better serve you both, we will need for you to submit the Developer Package of information. Package approval is required in order for us to lend in your development. This data is critical to provide a speedier closing of the transaction. We want to promote our approved developers by adding your website link to our Marketing tab.  We can also assist in forming packages that would bring down closing costs to the buyer.  We currently estimate closing costs to range between 7%-10% of the sales price. The fees that the developer package might include are as follows:

• Appraisal ( $1,000- $2,500)
• SRE Permit ( $1750 appx)
• Fideicomiso set up fee ( $575.00 est). We require a Guarantee Trust.
• Notarios Fee (this is usually a percentage based fee).

Collateral Int'l. will allow the seller/developer to pay up to 6% of the sales price in closing costs.
